TremDri 160™ is a flexible membrane, roller-applied or spray-applied to seamlessly span foundation wall cracks and seal out water penetration.

EnviroDri™ protects walls from liquid moisture caused by rain, sleet, and snow, offering a superior alternative to traditional house wrap products.

Application of membrane applied directly to sheathing system. Requires no mechanical fasteners to penetrate sheathing.
Membrane can block water penetration in conditions representative of a 200 mile-per- hour wind-driven rain.
Weather-Resistant Barrier adheres directly – and permanently – to exterior sheathing system, serving as an barrier to liquid moisture that housewraps can’t match.
Allows moisture vapor to escape from wall cavities, but stops liquid moisture from entering and causing damage.
System is not affected by the surfactants that can diminish the performance of wraps (ie: brick, stone, stucco, wood or other siding.)

Foundation Waterproofing
TremDri 160™ is a flexible membrane, roller-applied or spray-applied to seamlessly span foundation wall cracks and seal out water penetration.
TremDri 160® is a registered trademark of Tremco, Inc.
Typical applications include foundation and basement walls and most backfilled, unsubmerged residential applications.
Compatible with cast in place, poured concrete, shotcrete, and Nudura® Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF).
Can be applied to damp or green concrete allowing application more quickly after the removal of forms or following wet weather.
Exceptional ability to hang on the wall and build targeted thickness, spanning below grade foundation wall cracks of up to 1/8 in with a cured thickness of 60 mils.
Seamless monolithic waterproofing membrane with extreme durability, exceptional elongation, and crack-bridging characteristics.

Service Process
Step One:
Contact is made and builder sends PDF set of plans. Our team will then use the plans to perform a quantity take-off and complete a bid proposal. Once finished, the bid will then be sent.
Step Two:
Builder reviews proposal and awards contract. If changes or adjustments are needed, we will make the necessary updates. Job is scheduled for completion.
Step Three:
Installation team arrives at job site on scheduled date and executes the proposed waterproofing treatment as previously outlined and specified.
